On Wednesday, 11 February, the feast of the First Apparition of Our Lady of Lourdes and the titular feast of our parish in San Gwann, a concelebrated Mass was held at 6:30pm, presided over by Archbishop Charles Scicluna. During the celebration, the Archbishop officially entrusted the pastoral care of the parish to Fr Effie Mallia OFM Cap as the new parish administrator of our community. A good number of parishioners gathered to take part in this joyful and solemn occasion. We pray that God bless Fr Effie in his new role and guide him with wisdom and love as he serves the People of God in our parish.
