We Capuchins have been around for nearly five centuries, and yet the Franciscan Capuchin spirit still speaks loud and clear today. The heart of St Francis of Assisi’s vision – and the way we Capuchins live it out – continues to offer something meaningful, especially in a world that sometimes feels like it’s spinning off course. Our message of prayer, fraternity, minority and mission (or service) is, we believe, more relevant than ever.

But even timeless things need the occasional refresh. That’s why we’ve created this new site – fresh, clean and easy to use – to share our story and spirituality in a way that feels accessible and welcoming to anyone who stumbles across it.

St Francis wasn’t just a man of action – he was also deeply spiritual. So we want this site to offer regular food for the soul – reflections, prayers and resources to help you along your own journey.
